TAC Learning helps families create personalised home learning resources. We only collect information needed to provide the service, support learning, process subscriptions, and keep accounts safe.
Information We Collect
- Parent or account holder details such as name, email address, login details, subscription status, and support messages.
- Child learning profile details such as first name, year group, subject progress, lesson completions, quiz answers, and learning preferences added by the parent.
- Generated learning content, reports, worksheets, curriculum selections, uploaded images, and usage activity needed to operate the platform.
- Payment and subscription events from Stripe. TAC Learning does not store full card details.
How We Use Information
- To personalise lessons, quizzes, worksheets, and learning reports for each child.
- To allow parents to manage curriculum choices and monitor progress.
- To maintain account access, subscription status, security, and customer support.
- To improve quality, safety, curriculum alignment, and reliability of generated content.
Children's Data
TAC Learning is designed for parent-led home learning. Parents control child profiles, curriculum selections, and learning records. Children access learning through a parent-created account or PIN. We aim to collect the minimum child information needed to deliver personalised learning.
AI and Quality Checks
TAC Learning may use AI tools to help generate educational content. Generated content may be processed through quality assurance checks for age suitability, curriculum alignment, clarity, and safety before being shown or reused.
Sharing Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers that help us run TAC Learning, including hosting, email, analytics, payment processing, and AI content services. These providers should only use the data to provide their service to us.
Keeping Information Safe
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect account and learning data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so parents should use strong passwords and keep student PINs private.
Your Choices
- You can update or remove child profiles from the family dashboard.
- You can contact us to request help accessing, correcting, or deleting account information.
- You can manage payment details and subscription status through Stripe where available.
