TAC Learning is built for homeschoolers and families supporting learning at home. If something is unclear, broken, or needs reviewing, contact us and include the child year group, subject, and a screenshot where possible.

- Use the family dashboard to add children and reset student PINs.
- If a login or PIN stops working, contact support with the account email.
Subscriptions and Payments
- Pricing is shown by region where available.
- Stripe securely handles card payments and subscription checkout.
- For payment or billing issues, include your account email and the plan selected.
Lessons and Curriculum
- Parents can choose which curriculum lessons each child sees.
- If a lesson is missing, check that it is selected in the child's curriculum plan.
- If content looks wrong for the child's age or topic, report it for review.
Reports and Progress
- Completed lessons update the child dashboard and family report automatically.
- Printable reports can be saved as PDF from the browser print menu.
- Word reports are available from the family report sheet where enabled.
Content Quality
- TAC Learning uses pedagogical and quality assurance checks for generated content.
- Parents should still review important resources before using them for formal records.
- Report unclear wording, inaccurate answers, or unsuitable images to support.

- Account email and child first name.
- Subject, year group, and curriculum objective.
- What happened, what you expected, and a screenshot if possible.
