About TAC Learning

TAC Learning provides parent-led learning tools, including curriculum-aligned lessons, quizzes, worksheets, reports, and learning resources. The platform supports home learning and does not replace professional teaching, medical, legal, or specialist educational advice.

Accounts and Parent Responsibility

• Parents or account holders are responsible for creating child profiles and choosing suitable curriculum content.
• You must keep login details and student PINs secure.
• You must provide accurate account and payment information.
• You are responsible for reviewing learning materials before relying on them for formal education decisions.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid plans, trials, regional prices, and child limits are shown on the pricing page before checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. TAC Learning does not store full card details.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in line with the checkout or account management flow.
• Access to paid features may be paused or removed if payment fails or a subscription ends.

AI-Generated Content

TAC Learning uses AI and quality assurance checks to help produce learning content. We work to make content accurate, age-appropriate, and curriculum-aligned, but generated content may occasionally contain mistakes. Parents should review important materials and report concerns.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to bypass security, subscription limits, child limits, or account restrictions.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, offensive, or copyrighted material you do not have permission to use.
• Do not use TAC Learning to generate harmful, discriminatory, unsafe, or non-educational content.
• Do not copy, resell, or redistribute TAC Learning as a competing service without permission.

Intellectual Property

TAC Learning, its brand, platform design, learning workflows, templates, quality checks, and original content are owned by TAC Learning or its licensors. You may use generated resources for your family's learning, but you must not misuse TAC Learning's platform, branding, or proprietary systems.

Availability and Changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or remove parts of the service from time to time. We aim to keep the platform reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
